About Me
Hi, I’m Heeba Ayaz, a Life Coach, workshop facilitator, and someone who is endlessly passionate about helping people grow into the most confident, capable version of themselves.
My journey into coaching didn’t begin in a straight line - it grew naturally through every role I’ve ever had. I started my career in HR, where I discovered how much I love supporting people, understanding their needs, and helping them move forward. I later worked across children’s services, admissions, pensions, and even hospitality, but one thing remained the same: I’ve always been drawn to roles where I’m able to connect, support, and uplift others.
Alongside my professional experience, I’m a mum - which taught me resilience, empathy, and the importance of building a life that balances ambition with family. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to start over, reinvent yourself, or step into something new after setbacks. I’ve been there too: trying new careers, launching projects that didn’t take off, doubting myself, and wondering if success was “for other people.”
But every step, including the ones that felt like failures, shaped the coach I am today.

My Mission
My mission is simple:

To help people break through self-doubt, rebuild confidence, and create a life aligned with their values - one that feels fulfilling, flexible, and authentically theirs.
I believe that:
-
Confidence is a skill, not a personality trait
-
Everyone deserves to feel proud of their life story
-
You don’t need to be perfect to start - you just need the right support
-
Transformation happens when you feel seen, understood, and guided
-
Your life can change with one brave decision
Why I do This Work
Because I know what it’s like to feel stuck, to start from scratch, to doubt yourself, and to want more but not know how to reach it.
And I also know the magic that happens when someone finally believes in you - until you start believing in yourself.
Helping people transform their confidence, direction, and opportunities is not just my business…

It’s my purpose.
